Gemeinsam sticken: ILLATURAS – Miniatures, Memory & Desire

Sol Marinucci (ARG) will introduce ILLATURAS, a long-term collaboration with artisans across Latin America. Rooted in Andean traditions, the project explores miniatures as vessels of desire, memory, reciprocity and care.

Then we move to a collective embroidery table — an open space for stitching, conversation, and slow collective making, where participants are invited to create small symbolic pieces. You will also encounter part of the traveling museum: over 100 handcrafted miniatures from Argentina, Bolivia, and Mexico. No experience is needed, and all materials (and snacks!) are included. (Language is English and/or Spanish.)
