KINGS OF THE BONGO is a band formed by musicians from some top bands, who have joined together to play the music of MANU CHAO. Grabbing the lyrics and melodies of MANU CHAO and bringing them to all kind of rhythms like Salsa, Ska, Rock, Reggea, even Drum n Bass. KINGS OF THE BONGO represents an opportunity to have a little trip to South America and go loco on the dancefloor

KINGS OF THE BONGO ist eine zusammengestellte Gruppe mit Musikern aus einigen namhaften Bands (u.a. Santanico), welche sich formiert haben, um zusammen die Musik von MANU CHAO zu spielen. Songtexte und Melodien wurden von MANU CHAO übernommen und mit Stilrichtungen wie Salsa, Ska, Rock, Reggae und Drum’n’Bass vermischt und neu arrangiert. Mit KINGS OF THE BONGO bietet der Ausflug nach Südamerika ein Wahnsinns-Spass auf jeder Tanzfläche! „No matter how warm the summer will be - they will make it tropical hot!“
